  • We can assist passengers with foldable wheelchairs and mobility aids where vehicle space allows.

  • If you require extra time for safe loading/unloading, please tell us when booking.

  • If you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) (a dedicated wheelchair transport vehicle), please ask in advance so we can confirm availability or help arrange an alternative if needed.

  • We’re happy to discuss pickup location access (stairs, ramps, parking access) to make your trip smoother.
