Yes. If you have recurring appointments (therapy, day programmes), we can set up regular pickup times and a weekly schedule.
Do you provide invoices/receipts for NDIS?
Yes. We can provide receipts or invoices on request, which can be used for self-managed or plan-managed claims.
Can a support worker or family member travel with the participant?
Yes. A support worker, carer, or family member can travel along—just let us know when booking so we send the right vehicle.
Do you allow extra time for boarding?
Yes. We’re patient and can allow extra time for boarding and settling in. Please tell us about any mobility needs when you book.

How do I book quickly?
Call, text, or WhatsApp us with pickup suburb/address, destination, date/time, and any mobility needs. We’ll confirm the pickup and provide a quote.
